He graduated from Istanbul Technical University (ITU) with a degree in physics engineering in 1989.

He graduated from Niu with a degree in electrical engineering in 2003.

He graduated from Niu with a degree in computer engineering in 2004.

He graduated from Niu’s doctoral program in business administration in 2006.

Since 1991, it has successfully completed various projects in Türkiye, either as a contractor or subcontractor. These projects include the Ministry of National Defense’s Çerkezköy 3rd Armored Brigade, the 189th Çorlu Infantry Battalion, the Çorlu Heavy Maintenance Tank Renovation Project, the Ministry of National Education, the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality’s Yıldız Palace Tent Pavilion and Malta Pavilion, the Emirgan Park Pink Pavilion, the Yellow Pavilion, the Hidiv Pavilion, and various other projects.

– The Ministry of Tourism and Culture has successfully completed the Topkapı Palace, Hagia Sophia, the Archaeological Museum, Yıldız Palace, Dolmabahçe, and other projects, and the Esembo Airport.

Since 2021, it has been active in R&D projects and, in 2022, in establishing startup and ceotekmer projects at Turkish universities.

In 2023, it will provide financing to universities and hospitals.
