Oğuz Saygın, a personal development and NLP expert, is a graduate of the Istanbul Academy of Economics and Commercial Sciences. He became an NLP trainer after receiving training from Dr. Wyatt Woodsmall, the “first Master Trainer” and mentor of Anthony Robbins.

He is a member of INLPTA and an internationally authorized trainer. He has also worked with Master Trainers Robert Smith and Debra Wylde. He founded the Düşünce Academy in 2008.

Since 1996, he has participated in various radio and television programs, published articles in newspapers and magazines, and provided seminars and consulting services to hundreds of private teaching institutions, institutions, and companies.

He has taught at Akdeniz, Dokuz Eylül, Aegean, Gazi, Istanbul, Istanbul Technical, Maltepe, Marmara, Okan, and Uludağ Universities, as well as in over seventy cities in Europe and Central Asia, including Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Albania, and Kyrgyzstan.

His seminars and training programs include NLP, Professional Coaching, Goal Setting and Getting Results, Effective Teamwork, Effective Management and Leadership, Smart Memory Techniques, Time Management, High Motivation in the Workplace, and Sales with NLP Principles.

He is the founding consultant for the children’s universities project, a collaboration with the Manisa Şehzadeler District Governorate and the District Directorate of National Education. This project, which covers kindergarten, primary school, and secondary school, continues with 7 schools and 720 students.

Oğuz Saygın, whose books focus on real-life events and practical solutions rather than theory, wrote his first book, “From Negative Ports to Positive Waters,” in 1998 and has been printed 98 times to date. His “A Guide to Recognizing People Through Colors” has been published in 250,000 copies. His latest book, “Leadership from A to Z,” is a unique masterpiece in his career and is attracting significant attention.

The Super Brains Mind and Intelligence Games book series, which began publishing in 2017 with children’s universities, and the Resfebe books, which are pioneers in their field and develop extraordinary thinking skills in children, are attracting great interest.

He played table tennis professionally for many years, winning championships and training athletes for the national team. He is married with two children.
