Born in Sakarya in 1952, he is the first founder and sole practitioner of the Quantum Thought Technique in Türkiye. With over thirty years of research in spiritual practices and hypnosis, he has pursued the goal of creating a “mind technology” for true human freedom.

He has given Quantum Thought Technique training seminars throughout Turkey, particularly in Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir, and Mersin. He has introduced numerous clients from Turkey and abroad to the quantum world through the Quantum Thought and Life Center he founded in Sarıyer, Istanbul, in 2004.

R. Şanal collaborates with prominent figures from the arts, sports, fashion, and politics, as well as faculty members, and provides corporate Quantum training to companies.
