Ahmad Alay, an Indian-born Pakistani academic, is the founding dean of Preston University and specializes in psychology. He is the head of the department of psychology and teaches at the University of Faisalabad. Alay Ahmad holds an MA and BA from Aligarh Muslim University, India, a PhD from the University of Peshawar, and a Postdoctoral degree from the University of Peshawar, Chapel Hill, North Carolina, USA. He also served in the Department of Psychology at the University of Peshawar from January 1966 to June 1998. He was also a professor at Maliksha University. He has successfully supervised six PhD scholars and has authored dozens of MPhil theses, as well as postgraduate theses. He is a Doctoral Supervisor for PhD theses both domestically and internationally. Dr. Ahmad has published articles in Australia, Bangladesh, Canada, India, Türkiye, and the United States. He has also published articles in Pakistani and international journals. Currently, Preston is the Founding Editor-in-Chief of Journal Of Social Sciences Peshawar - Islamabad - Kohat Campuses and Senior Co-Author of the book Television.

Almazbek Beishenaliev (Kyrgyzstan) is the Director of the Central Asia Regional Institute in Bishkek. Previously, he served as Head of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports in the Government Office of the Kyrgyz Republic from 2017-18. He was a visiting scholar at the Central Asia-Caucasus Institute at the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Study from 2016-17 and a visiting scholar at the Johns Hopkins University School of Education from 2013-14. From 2014-17, Dr. Beishenaliev served as Vice Chancellor for Research, Development, and External Relations at Ala-Too International University in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan, and from 2012-13, Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs at Vistula University in Warsaw, Poland. Beishenaliev has received the Medal for Excellence in Education from the Ministry of Education of the Kyrgyz Republic and the “Laborte de Scienta” medal of the European Scientific Consortium. He holds a PhD in Education from Arabaev Kyrgyz State University (2012) and another PhD. He completed his PhD in History from the same university with a dissertation on “The Role of the United States in Central Asia and Kyrgyzstan” (2018). She has completed training at the German-based Systemic Psychotherapy Institute and has also received psychotherapy training from numerous universities and leading associations in Türkiye. To date, she has provided couples therapy services to approximately three thousand (3,000) families, setting a remarkable record in this field.

Halil Tabur, who pioneered the introduction and recognition of clinical reflexology in Turkey, is one of the founders of the sympathetic-parasympathetic system theory in reflexology. He began his reflexology studies in 2002 at a private education and rehabilitation center in Izmir with Esat Başaran, and opened Türkiye's first clinical reflexology center there in 2003, also with Esat Başaran. He received fundamental training in reflexology from Dr. Kevin KUNZ and Dr. Kent OZMAN in the USA. He completed the reflexology diploma program at Brussels Capital University. In 2006, he attended neurophysiology/psychophysiology, reflexology, and neurophysiology training with Prof. Dr. Şenol DANE, head of the Department of Physiology at Atatürk University, and received certification in these fields. Halil Tabur is a graduate of Istanbul Haydarpaşa High School. He completed the Psychology Bachelor's Degree at Ondokuz Mayıs University in 1997 and earned his degree as a psychologist. Halil Tabur, who completed family counseling training at Kırıkkale University and family and student coaching training at Harran University, successfully completed the Clinical Psychology Master's program at Brussels Capital University.
