Born in Istanbul in 1980, Mete Ali BAŞKAYA received his undergraduate degree from Sakarya University, Faculty of Technical Education in 2003. Başya, who received her MBA degree from Maltepe University in 2012, is currently continuing her doctoral studies at Azteca University.
