I have theoretical and practical background in Human Resource Management and Management and Organization. I worked in private sector as human resource director and specialist. I have scientific articles which is published in various journals about competencies of human resources, satisfaction of human resources, organizational citizenship behavior, organizational commitment, mobbing, job evaluation, performance management, cyberloafing etc. I have enough competencies to realize reorganization of business organizations, continuous improvement and/or reengineering of job processes. I can make statistical analyses and evaluate organizational data by using SPSS. I am an open-minded person with high communication skills.
