Born in Georgia, Natsiou holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in pedagogy from Tbilisi University. She has worked as a specialist pedagogue and administrator in numerous public and private educational institutions in Georgia. Natsiou, who completed her doctorate in psychology at Brussels University, speaks Georgian, Greek, and Russian. She also serves as an academic advisor in Russian and Greek for students at Brussels Capital University.
