He was born in Georgia. He studied pedagogy at the University of Tbilisi, undergraduate and graduate. He has worked as an expert pedagogue and manager in many public and private educational institutions in Georgia. Natsiou, who graduated from the psychology doctorate program of Brussels University, speaks Georgian, Greek and Russian. He is an academic advisor to Brussels Capital University students in Russian and Greek language.
