Instructor. Mehmet Nurı KAYNAR

He is a graduate of Ankara Gazi University, Faculty of Vocational Education. He worked as a teacher and education administrator in official public schools affiliated to the Ministry of National Education.

He completed his Master’s Degree in Local Administrations and Decentralization in Istanbul Aydın University Social Sciences Institute, Department of Political Science and International Relations. The thesis study titled “The Contribution of Local Administrations in Bringing Disadvantaged Groups to the Education Process” is the first in the literature.

Kaynar continues his education as a PhD student in the field of “Management Organization”.

In 2009, he worked as an education manager, with the approval of the Istanbul Governor’s Office, as the R&D Coordinator of the Istanbul Directorate of National Education and a member of the Istanbul Provincial Project Coordination Team (PKE). He worked as a coordinator in dozens of projects. She received training on PCM-Project preparation, writing and management. He is an expert on European Union processes and projects. Kaynar, who took part in many social responsibility projects, worked as an Education Consultant in Istanbul Special Provincial Administration Projects. Istanbul Governorship EU Harmonization Sub-study: “Social and Cultural Studies Commission Member, NGOs and Professional Organizations Commission Member, Local Administrations and Local Administrations Commission Member, Women’s Studies Commission Member”.

KAYNAR is the Founder of BESAM-Information, Education and Social Research Center.

He has articles published in various newspapers and journals, national and international scientific researches, articles and communiqués, and published copyright books registered with the Ministry of Culture.
